23-04-2017· Sorry Dylan but I think you haven't quite grasped how filtering works and how it is used in refining. You cannot create a filter which will retain finely divided gold but allow other solids to pass through. A filter will retain all the solids, gold or otherwise. To separate the crap from the gold, you have to dissolve the gold itself.
